Greeting Message.
It is my pleasure and honour to share this message on the occasion of presenting “Tree Planting Protect Environment Programme of 5 “P”s in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) linked
People - Planet – Prosperity - Peace – Partnership
On the day of starting Sustainable Development Goals Action Decade : January 1, 2021 towards December 31, 2030 by the SDG Youth Council of Passara of Sustainable Development Goals Youth Network of Sri Lanka (SDGYNSL) hosted by SUNFO (Sri Lanka-UN Friendship Organisation). SDGYNSL formed to create a space for Youth in the process of SDG Agenda 2030, declared by World Leaders at the UN General assembly on 25, September,2015.
The “SDG Youth Council of Passara “was one of the pioneer Youth Council which was active since 2017. I take this opportunity to congratulate officials of the Youth Council of Passara while appreciating their meaningful programme of Tree Planting. It’s a timely needed very important Youth initiative for a safer and better world.
I wish the Chairman Mr.N.Ziegen Paul and all Officials and Members , a great success of all your plans during the year 2021 and beyond.
